This project, which includes 87 independent houses on an area of 110 decares, is planned to be completed in December 2024.

There are 6 different types of houses in the project and there are no twin houses in the project. Each building is detached and independent from each other. Each house has a garden. No one passes in front of their neighbor's house. The angles of the houses are different. Not lined up in a strip. There are elevation differences. It is a project with extensive social facilities in a very large area.

Everything has been thought out down to the smallest detail. The width of the streets of the project is determined as 9 meters.

There are many things available, from organic greengrocers to grocery stores, from pharmacies to shopping malls, to restaurants that will only serve residents. There are 3 restaurants in the common area created. In this common area, it will be possible to find everything from a delicatessen to good coffee, a patisserie, and a hairdresser for men and women. These spaces in the common area will also be open to the outside. There are also social facilities such as an open swimming pool in summer and an indoor swimming pool in winter, a gym and tennis courts. There are many business people and artists who bought houses from this project.It has been built meeting rooms taking this structure into consideration. It has been created an infrastructure where residents of this project can do all their office work in these meeting rooms. A children's club, focusing on foreign language education, swimming, sailing and ceramic workshops, also takes its place in our project. In short, this project was designed according to nature.

During the project, action is taken without cutting down trees and preserving greenery. .The project was shaped according to the land. There is a plan to create a mini farm within the project to be a part of the natural environment here. In addition to the fruit trees, you can also grow vegetables such as artichokes... People in the project will be able to collect and use the grown products.
